What are YOU doing To Move Today???
Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics........ Well...yesterday, i almost blew it. I went out the door for a long run and BBBRRRRRR I was sent right back in.... So...I hopped ont he treadmill, got 20 seconds into my run and just stopped. I was just not feeling it! So, instead...I waited a few hours and did 50 minutes on the ellipticle. So, all was not lost - just not the run that I had planned out. Today...I plan to run 3 miles, and then I have a pole class for an hour - cardio and toning plans for the day! What about YOU...What are YOU going to do to move today????
