In need of some forum 101

I am wondering a few things.... It has been a while since I have been to the forums here. I'm in need of some education here.  I can't seem to get my profile picture uploaded.. although, I did figure out how to upload some photos.  ???  I'd also like to know how long you have to be a member before posts are automatically posted and they do not have to be approved through a moderator first?? If my messages are redundant I apologize.  I'm just still trying to figure this stuff out.  Thanks for the help in advance.

Good pm, To upload your photo choose User Settings on the left hand side of the page. Once there you can choose to upload a photo from your pc which should be "avatar" size 100x75 or 100x100 into the first box or you can upload photos to say Photobucket then choose to resize them there as "Avatar" and then copy the link (direct link) into the second box. If you try these and still have issues please PM me and I'll be glad to help you out. :P That is something "newer" the post being approved through moderators when you return/sign up to the boards. My understanding is its about 5 days or so maybe longer. All best....
