Good am Jill, Are you in my brain? ARE YOU? Hence my "I'm not functioning right this am" remarks lately. I too am quite frustrated. Um what is TOM? Is it THAT time of the month? You aren't whining don't be silly. I am SO thankful for your response. I have been walking, walking, walking, writing down what I eat, getting in so much water I can seriously float, getting in vits etc and I am NOT allowed to weigh myself until Apr 30th. I know I'm losing cause stuff fits better, different or not at all but dang it all this SUX! I'm 5 years post op and hanging in but holy smoly what a PIA! Hope you have a great day & KNOW you are loved & supported for sure!

Thanks for your response....I swear it is SO frustrating.  You do EVERYTHING the way you are suppose to, and the body says...uuummmm.....NO!

TOM = Time of the Month.  Kinda worries me that I did not have one this month, but, then again, after having one every 2 1/2 - 3 weeks since my plastic surgery to this is actually kinda nice.  Problem is that I have the PMS symptoms....my poor hubby and son - haha.

Maybe it's the weather that's causing the funk.  I want Sping to arrive.....

Maybe I've put too much stress on myself....I'm running int he Shamrock 8K on March 15th and I've been increasing my running, etc. for it.  PLUS...I want to register for the Rock and Roll 1/2 Marathon that is in August, but am scared to death over it.  Don't ask me why...I cannot answer it.....

Who knows.......

I KNOW it is and I'm grateful to you for sharing your struggles too. It makes me feel like I'm not alone. Yes, I know about doing all the right things and still feeling and coming up short. Ahhhh yes, if its ANY consolation I COMPLETELY understand. I no longer experience the Red Fairy ONLY the symptoms. Folks around me I'm sure are like "WTH is wrong with her?" as I get REAL emotional. Its honestly VERY strange to me to still have them all yet NOTHING is "flowing." I'm just being honest and hopefully its not TMI since folks deal with this MORE than its mentioned.  The weather is a culprit for many of us as well and so that's why its so important to get out and about every chance we get. I've learned through intense therapy and conversations with my nut and docs that the winter months (holidays included) are some of the WORST months for a lot of folks. So, even when its cold I MAKE myself get out and about and take in nature. Like currently its raining but you best believe I went out to the post office, the bookstore, lunch etc and took my time and parked far away to get in some fresh air/walking. It does something great for my moods. I look back over the years and can clearly remember a time when I didn't leave the house unless I HAD to and now? I don't wanna come back in some days! Stress we bring on ourselves is DEFINITELY something I face frequently. I cannot help it. I am always running around, trying to do this and that, working on myself but coming up short yet still managing to take care of others. Then I get to where I'm getting better at taking care of me so I CAN keep taking care of others. I've got some pretty big goals to reach this year but dang I mean its TOUGH.  Hugs....
