Wonderful Day

Greetings to all losers!!!     Today I am doing well. One more Hylagen shot needed for left knee.....end pain for awhile. Also found out I have carpel tunnel in my left wrist. Received a brace and some exercises to do. Thank you for all of you support with hernia issue a few weeks ago. See surgeon ealy Apil to set surgery date. Peace, Cindy Switzer

Sorry to here about the carpel tunnel I have that as well an the brace will help. I also had a shot back some yrs ago that helped a lot. Sorry about your knee hope the surgery date is soon and you get that all taken care of soon. See ya soon. Take care...

Good am Cindy, Glad to hear you are doing well. Hope the knee and wrist get better. The brace will certainly help and the exercises. I had surgery on my left hand/wrist and wore a brace and had PT for several months as the result of a major car accident. Its better these days but trust me I can tell when weather is coming such as rain or what have you. Aches! Hope you get the hernia repaired. All best......
