What to do on a Wednesday night in Gainesville?
Head down Rt. 234 to Manassas...there's a lot of restaurants, movie theaters, shopping there. In fact, once you pass the Battlefield, on your right is a shopping center with some restaurants and a large theater complex (just before you cross interstate 66). Keep going down 234 and you will hit a ton of others!

Hi, Like everyone else said, go the 5 miles to Manassas. Gaineville is dead city. A few resteraunts, a Lowes, if thats your bag, but if you want to go to a club or bar then it's to Manassas you go.Hubby works in Gainesville so I know it well. Have fun without the wife for a change though that can be a challenge for a man, ha ha, and enjoy your visit to our end of the planet. Pam
