What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning..... Well...now that we are back on-line, it's time to decide what we are going to do to move today. I'm off from work and had planned to take a yoga ball class this morning before poles class, but...it just did not happen that way. So, instead, I decided to get in a quick 3 milke run. uumm...ya....FOUR miles later I hopped off the treadmill. YEAH ME!!! I just zoned out and the next thing I knew...it was FOUR MILES! I swear...signing up for the UKROPS 10K has really remotivated me. And knowing that I am running it, and the Shamrock 8K, with some great people - BONUS! So...what are YOU doing to move today???
