Walmart Find

For those having troubles finding Fage yogurt, I just found a brand at Walmart that is made by Stoneybrook.  It's called Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt.  It comes in a tub size and a smaller, single serving size (perfect for taste testing).  AND it's your choice - plain or vanilla. STATS: Plain: Serving Size - 1 container = 5.3 ounces Calories - 90 Fat - 0 Carbs - 6 Sugar - 6 Protein - 15 Vanilla: Serving Size - 1 container = 5.3 ounces Calories - 110 Fat - 0 Carbs - 12 Sugars - 11 Protein - 15 ***Note:  Those who are sugar sensative should really watch the vanilla.  I plan to try it, but will only be eating about 1/2 of the container because the sugar is too high for me. ENJOY!

I am totally addicted to the Oikos plain yogurt....add some Splenda, a little bit of Kashi Go Lean and a little fresh fruit....mmm mmm mmm. Cindy
