Did you know that March is National Nutrition Month, sponsored by the Amarican Diebetic Assoc? I didn't, so I learned something today. They are focusing their attention, this month, on developing healthy eating habits and maintaining good physical activity levels.
Kashi's challenge for this month is to take the time to learn the basics of proper nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle, and to incorporate those basics into your life for a healthier you.
