Two forms of dancing as fitness!
We have two ladies on our board who have each tried two new forms of dancing as fitness! Video Game Dancing (Dance Dance Revolution) and Pole Dancing. Mary and Jill - GO GIRLS!! They both have expressed that these new forms of fitness are both fun, challenging and seeing and feeling the results. Ok....dancing must in the stars this week. Ballroom dancing is today's Kashi challenge.
I tell you....it's the BEST workout I have gotten so far. My arms are SO toned and are getting really strong! Plus, it's increased my endurance and speed in running, and I've become more flexible. BONUS!
