What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning and what a BEAUTIFUL day it is..... Sun is shining bright, temps are warmin gup....WOWZA!!!!! So...what are YOU doing to move today?  How are you going to shake off those winter cobwebs? Me?  Well...yesterday I did it!  I hit 5 miles - my longest distance yet.  I tell ya...I started crying on the treadmill.  It was SUCH an empowering feeling to accomplish something that I NEVER imagined doing.  And I have to thank Missy, Jackie, Joe and Kat for all telling me that I could in fact do it - THANKS GUYS!!!! So, today will be a shorter run....3.5 miles.  Also, ab work and LOTS of stretching. Have a GREAT day!

Good for you Ms Jill! I am proud of you! :)  I will be there with you..... ONE day! I hope... Lord willing.... if I don't stroke out on the treadmill first.  lol Today, I did cardio   .... tomorrow I work with the personal trainer...yay! :) I'm excited to get my personalized plan! I'll let you know how it goes!
