Sense of humor is KEY! I'm glad you have great sense of humor. (I read all the replies to your post first HAHA!) Venting to us is great! We've ALL been there and we'll ALL falter again with regard to something but its important that we realize that not everyday is going to be perfect but that we try, we realize our slip ups and move forward making better choices is really helpful. If you are THAT frustrated about the2 lb then something tells me you will NOT eat a cookie again but next time you'll drink a protein shake, eat a piece of fruit or drink water. RIGHT??? :P Your trainer is wonderful!! Its great to have some to talk with who gives you fresh perspective and points you in more positive directions. The beateth-thy-self-up-athon is now over!
