Last Pre Op was today.....Sales at Vitamin Shoppe!

So....My o my it is CLOSE. It finaly hit me walking out of there today that the next time I enter those wall's will be for my surgery! On a positive note, I meet Marion ( Momspeer ) today and she had her final pre op too and SUCH cute kid's!!! I also ........FOUND MY PROTEIN !!! Isopure is AWESOME! They had two sales on it, one at GNC ( Patrick Henry Mall ) Buy one get one half off...and the other was Vitamin Shoppe buy a case ( 12 bottles ) normally $51 and some change, On sale for $37.95! I got a case of mis and match flavors. Im so excited about it because it's very high protein NO carbs and No sugar and it taste very simuliar to Gatorade ! I did end up having bought the wrong Calcium ( carbonate ) so I bought the suggested 1000mg Calcium Citrate Wafer's ON SALE at Vitamin Shoppe for $7! Nervous as can be! Glad to have talked to the happy juice man today but I think  he thought I was crazy when I told him that he would see a total SPaz the morning of and that I require lot's of drug's to get me through even receiving an IV ( Phobic ) ...anyway...the countdown is on buddy and Im hiding! Brandi-- You are almost there! Excited for you. I was going to post about the sales at the Vitamin Shoppe. I loaded up today on $7 bottles at the VS in Chesapeake. Can't beat a deal like that.

It's getting close...I am so happy for you!  I really like Isopure...I have been drinking it since my surgery.  My personal favorite is grape, but everyone has different tastes, so you may like some of the others better.  I also like Muscle Milk Light, chocolate or chocolate mint flavors...it's like drinking chocolate milk (keep it cold). I seen that the Isopure has the powder as well, and in cookies and cream flavor ( I was just wondering if anyone had used the powder's? Im not that great with milky stuff, I think that's why I didnt like the powder's before and sometimes not even the mixed stuff..Im so excited about the fruit!

YEAH!!!!  I am SO glad to hear that you finally found a protein that you like.  Check the commissary for it, too.  I know that the Navy commissary carries the Isopure int he bottles as well...not sure the price, though.

Yay!!! The clock is ticking to a whole new you! I'm so glad you found a protein you like. Think I'll have to go to Vitamin Shoppe for the calcium. The citrical petites are too big and I hate cutting them. But I have to be hypervigilant on my calcium and vit d. I have a strong family history of osteoporosis.  hugs

These one's are pretty big, they are the thousand mg wafer's. I dont know if that means that are easily breakable or not, I know they are chewable but I dont think your supposed to take that much at once are you? I guess it doesnt hurt. :)

You go kiddo not  far from the ride of your life! So sounds like you have all your ducks in a row. I know your excited and we are all here for you! Doing rhe happy  now for you cause I can . 

Now I just have to kid my house, and kid's in order. I have to sit them down and talk to them. I also have to redo my kitchen cabinet's so that I have a assigned cabinter for all of my thing's. I have to be organized like that or it will never work. Im just so darn lazy sometimes. Brandi~

It will come sweetie why dont you make it a game an have the kids help you make there caninet and yours  and they will help you and that way maybe you can help them understand the importance of your foods verses theres. It might work who know, not sure how old your kids are but might be worth a try. Good Luck....
