Daily Challenge - Breathe Deeply

Good Morning, Everyone.... Did you know that most of us breath in a shallow way?  Meaning...we do not use out full lung capacity or exhaling all of the toxins our body takes in each day. So, today's challenge is to make a concerted effort to breathe deeply, and from your abdomen.  You need to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, for 10 seconds each time.  Practice this for 10 minutes a day, even when you do not feel stressed. http://kashi.com/challenges/72
