What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Sorry so late Guys and Gals...... Today is Heel Bootcamp for me at the dance studio - LOTS of toning and cardio.  TWO hours worth - haha!  The...LOTS of stretching.  Aaawww....... Well...I climbed the pole last night.  I atually touched the ceiling.  I was SO happy, as this is something that I have been working - having the upper body strength to lift myself up the pole...and I did it!!!! Ok...so what are YOU doing to move today?????

You are an animal. Kickin butt and taken names! I jogged Monday and Tuesday.  I got pre-emptied yesterday at Lunch and after work with work, then Church meetings lasted untill 11 p.m. so I never got my intended run in. My luchtime run today got overridded witha meeting again so I am planning and determined to run after work , before I go home and find what other surprises may be awaiting me. They are calling for rain tommorrow and Sat Morning so I gotta get out there when opportunity presents itself. 2 hrs of cardio and climbing poles,.....hmmmmm Did you get one of those Roger Clemens clear B-12 shots in the butt??

HA!  I wished, cause my rear is dragging tonight.  BUT...it was So much fun AND not only did I climb the pole tonight, but I let go - YEAH!!!!  i swear, my arms are getting KILLER! Sounds like you have a plan...now GET TO IT! haha!  Hope you get out there before the yucky weather rolls back in.

What you ask, am I doing to move today?  Well I promise you, I am not moving too fast....all that lifting yesterday has caught up with me BIG TIME!  I am so cotton-pickin' sore today!!  I'm having a hard time lugging my 17lb baby around lol  But yes, I DID drag my sorry butt to the gym still! Thank you haha

I did 30 mins on the elliptical again (another 300 calories gone!  I run about 6.5 mph on there with my short legs)!  It's quite comical if you ask my husband. hehe Then I did hamstring lifting and four other leg machines but I am not sure their names.  I guess my butt will be sore tomorrow. On the bright side of that, I won't be able to sit. teehehe

This sure is a lot of work!  But on a serious note, my father died at the age of 57 (1 1/2 years ago) of heart disease and I don't want that to happen to me too.  So I am determined.....focused and ready to devote the rest of my life to being healthy.
All you have to do is smile and she smiles back.

Just take it easy, and make sure that you put in a rest day here and there to give your muscles an opportunity to rest.  After tonight...tomorrow will be my rest day - thank goodness! Sounds like you had a killer workout - ROCK ON!!!!! Sorry about your Dad, but I'm sure that he would want you to do exactly what you are doing.

Well i was up an down 3 flights of stairs today 3 times lol something i dont do lol but I guess Ill be doing now! And I did my cematery walk like I said and I will be doing this @ least the 3 days I get out of school on my way home, and the lovely bike on the other days Im gonna do this if it kills me. No polls for me anytime soon. But maybe we can have a demonstration next week .

There's my cheerleader glad to see you! Bring the boots girl but there gonna hurt those feet running that run your doing that day. But we would love to see them!! and u can do a dance for us while we wait our turns...
