What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning, Fitness Folks.......
Well, after having my rear kicked last night in class...AND [drum roll, please] being able to hold up my bodyweight on the pole WITHOUT the use of my hands or arms [look Ma...no hands!] - I climbed up and let go, holding myself up with my abs and legs - I am taking a much deserved break today. I swear...I thought I was going to die last night - haha. So....today I will be doing nothing but stretching.

Dang girl! That's FANTASTIC! I bet you're feeling it today! Today & the weekend for that matter will be helping my sister move and in between walking & stretching. By Sunday, I WILL be taking a much needed break.
