Kat, thank you for the thoughts. As you saw from my update, I am definitely seeing some improvement now and am so grateful. I've missed everyone on the Board and am happy to be somewhat back in circulation.

Current weight: 135.8 lbs and heading back to 130 lbs!!

First, you are looking just fab with your new avatar and pictures! I am so happy for you and can't wait to see you again. I have already been thinking about our support group meeting and am going to do everything I can to attend - either I will be able to drive myself of my husband will. I have only missed a few meetings in 2 years and I definitely need to see everyone now!

Thanks! I've been patiently waiting for our newsletter to come. I hope I didn't miss it or delete it by accident. I had to look in my in box and saw that usualky Jill only sends it the week before the meeting. I'm anxious to see what the meeting will be about this time. :)

I think I was in denial about the date coming up so fast, and didn't even post what the date was! Plus, I foolishly had to travel the same week as the surgery. I was in San Francisco from the previous Saturday through Thursday morning, then had to get ready on Thursday afternoon/night and have the surgery on Friday. How dumb was that?? Anyway, I will catch up with you on PM. Take it easy yourself...

I'm sorry I am so late in posting -- just got back from being out of town. It sounds like you have had a time!!! I hope you are doing better and well into the recovery period!!!
