What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning Fitness Fanatics......
Time to rise and shine! Looks like a yucky day is in store for us, so make sure that you stay safe and dry. But, definately a day to sty in if you can.
So...what are YOU going to do to move today? Today may be a great day to pull out an exercise dvd, check out the free workouts on the cable DEMAND channel (see FreeZone for workouts), or to put on some relazing music and just stretch.
Me? We....if I get my rear in gear....I have a dance/aerobics class at 945 and a pole class at 1100. But...if I do not get it in gear, I will run and then go to poles class (I am NOT mising poles - haha).

Dare I ask, what is a pole class anywho? lol Some reason I visualize stripper poles but I don't think that is what you mean. HAH!
I'm bummed because I don't have any new weightloss to report this morning and I DID meet my goal of -600 calories on the elliptical yesterday! Then I went to the mall and walked for 3 hours (shopping for kids, not me! BOO!) ;) I did find some really good sales though :) So I was hoping to have lost at least a half of pound- oh well, maybe tomorrow. Today I'm headed back there for a quick 30 cardio and to work my upper body in weights again. :) Hope Im not as sore as last time though.
Hope this rain lets up soon....

That's EXACTLY what it is! Today, I learned another new spin, and to lift BOTH legs up while holding onto to the pole and slowly sliding down. It's a GREAT toning workout. My arms, abs and legs are getting really strong, and my arms are looking killer!
With the amount of calories you are burning, make sure that youa re eating enough. Lower calories and increased workout will result in a water weight gain (along with a muscle gain). It will also cause you to hit a wall becaue you do not have enough fuel in your body for the heavy workouts.
But...it sound slike you are doing well with your workouts.....AND staying on your goal for the month!

I'm back................ yes indeed I will be SORE tomorrow! I am already. I met a new lady at the gym today that was pretty cool. We chit chatted while we ran on the ellipticals and then I looked down and my time was up. Cheers
