Hey Sarah!!! Welcome to the board. I, like you are now, was a newby here a few weeks ago. But as you can see... Everyone here is AWESOME & inspiring and erupting volcanoes of informatio, (yes that is a metaphor that I came up with all by myself with the help of liquid vicodin, more on that later! LOL) Everyone here will take you under their wing and be here for you. I am fixin to have my surgery on April 30 and mine too seems so far away. Again welcome to our home and if you need anything or just want to chat, I am here for ya... seein as we are almost neighbors, lol
Hugs, Theresa
Hi Sarah
Glad you jumped in to our playgroup!
I changed many behaviors prior to surgery and I think it helped me immensely.
OK so I googled "Life coach"...someone who helps an individual model strategies of success, whether for behavioural change or business/aspirational goals.
Um...isn't that like a therapist, friend, minister...US?
Enjoy your journey!

Good Morning Sarah, Welcome to the Va Board, We can be a rowdy bunch here, but full of love and helpful hints.Haven't had my surgery either, looking at next month, but I've been coming here quite some time and learning lots. Glad to see you are out of lurkdom, we can always use another brain, and a teachers brain at that. Best Wishes, Pam
Good morning everyone,
Counting down the days here. 9 to go! I am getting overly anxious and ALOT nervous!. I am happy to be doing this over our school spring break so that hardly anyone will know. I am heading out this afternoon to get my vitamins that I must begin taking this week. I am to take flintstones chewables. I don't however know if they are to be with iron or not. Does anyone have a clue? I know my surgery is different than most on here, but was wondering if anyone knows? I can call the office tomorrow, but just figured if anyone out here knows, then that would save me a call.
Thanks for being supportive. Now, how do I calm myself down????lol Brenda
