What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Looks like a nice day is ahead of us...YEAH! Spring is COMING!
So..what are YOU doing to move today?
Well...I ended up resting yesterday, which is fine. Mentally...I needed it. But, today is poles class, so I will be doing a little bit of cardio and LOTS of toning and stretching.

Today is walking, walking, and more waking. I may walk my son to the park or just stick with the treadmill. I haven't decided yet.
