Forever Thin still at St. Mary's in Richmond???

Just wondering if the Forever Thin WLS Support Group was still going on at St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond.  There's nothing about it posted on the hospital (actually Bon Secours) website.  I checked the calendar of events for today and the meeting wasn't listed there either.  Anyone know if the group is still around and maybe just meeting someplace else. thanks - Helen

Hi, Helen:  I am not sure about the meeting at St. Mary's, but I do know that Joe Green has a group that meets near you in Hopewell:  Tri-Cities Weight Loss Surgery Support Group  No costs or fees.  Pre-ops & Post-ops.  Meetings: 2^nd & 4^th Mondays Time: 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Location:  John Randolph Medical Center (JRMC)                  411 West Randolph Rd , Hopewell VA                  Classroom A/B in Basement, below ER                  Joe Green, TC WLS Spt Grp Facilitator I hope that's of some help to you!    

I also do not know about St. Mary's but Henrico Doctors on Parham Rd. in richmond has one for sure. It is through Richmond Surgical Group. I would assume since Richmond Surgical works at St. Mary's that there is one there also, but I am not sure. I will be talking to the woman who is incharge of insurance at my surgeons office next week and I will ask her if she knows about st. Mary's.
