I thought about that Cool Whip treat all the way home yesterday! Melinda, can you list the recipe so I can try it here? It was fabulous with fruit and also with those salty crackers (great contrast with the sweet). Thanks!

Mary yes dear here it is: One regular bowl of coolwhip light or sugarfree 1-package of cream cheese light a small box of sugarfree jello I use the cherry or orange an 1 can of food lion brand mandarin oranges w/ splenda yes they have them 1.66 also i think delmonte has too but theres has sugar alcohols FL dosent. anyway throw it all in a bowl and take a mixer to it an chill. Now the big bowl @ Jackies that was that size in cool whip 3 pkg. cream cheese an 2 cans oranges 1 big box jello enjoy, I also at times will add nuts for protein but wasnt sure who could do them. and you can add pineapple instead of oranges but it makes it runny.

Thanks Melinda! So for the "regular size" of this treat, we just use an 8 oz container of Cool Whip and a 4 oz package of cream cheese, right? Same thing with the gelatin - small package and probably a small can of mandarin oranges. I'm looking forward to making this! And Jackie, can you put the protein ball recipe on here as well?

Yes to all but the oranges I used the regular can size of those no mater the size bowl and if you want to 1/2 it and put the other 1/2 on top for decorations you can do that as well. Enjoy...
