What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning....
Well....guess the warmer temps have moved out and the cooler temps are back in....YUCK! But, that's ok.....I want to stay in and relax today.
So...what are YOU doing to move today?
Me? Pretty much....nothing. I worked hard yesterday and I'm going to reward my body by just relaxing with a good book, doing some scrapbooking, and a few chores around the house. I'll get in some stretching, but...that's it.

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
Battling the rements of a nasty cold but still taking the kiddos to Busch Gardens. Hopefully I won't
on every ride. Normally I don't but my tummy doesn't want to handle anything right now. I have to go though because the kids have been looking forward to this for weeks. So I'm stocking up on my cancer grade anti-nausea meds and stuff. At least I will get exercise.

Bush Gardens is a GREAT way to get in your physical activity...all of that walking....all of those hills....You can easily walk 3 or 4 miles without skipping a beat.
If you do ride the rides...I challenge you to do some toning while in line......
Calf raises - While standing, raise to your toes, lifting your heels off of the ground, and lower. Slowly do this a few times in each line....great for developing those sexy hearts we like in our calves.
Standing Push Ups - While standing, stand about 12 - 18" from the bar. Lean forward and hold on to the line seperation rail, (the railing that the people sit on while in line) and pull yourself towards the bar, and then push yourself away from the bar.
Leg Raises - Stand on one leg and slowly raise the other leg up about 6", told and tighten the tush - count to 5, and then slowly lower. Do 5 on each side.
Abs - While standing as tall as you can, tuck you tush in, tuck your abs in, drop your shoulders (they don't belong around your ears) and hold for 10. This is really how we are suppose to stand so do this in your car while sitting, while standing, while sitting in a cahir...work up to where you are doing it constantly.
By not making the moves big and dramatic (like when we exercise) you can reap some benefits without people really noticing what you are doing.

Morning! Already been walking but will get in a LOT more here shortly. Gonna head out for groceries and get a few errands in. Its really clearing up here and the sun is shining (for about the past 25 minutes) so that helps my spirits today. Enjoy your Sunday!
