What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics! Well.....should be a nice day.  How about getting some moving and grooving done to shake off those winter cobwebs???  Spring will be here in a few days and we want to look great in our sping clothes, don't we??? So...what are YOU doing to move today? Me?  Well...I ended up taking a rest day yesterday...life got in the way and by the time I was done, it was late.  So...today I HAVE to hit the treadmill (or the road) and get in some running....goal is 4 miles. Until tomorrow.......

Ok, the PLAN is to do the aerobics program on my bike, then dig up my Tahitian drumming cd & do a bit of dancing.  See if this old girl still has what it takes to shake my bootie like I did when I was a kid...lol!  I was thinking that if we organize a picnic sometime this summer, maybe I could teach ya'll how to do Tahitian.  You don't need drumming but I COULD make copies of my cd, or you can just do it to your favorite type of upbeat music.  It's really good for hips, tummy, thighs, calves & tooshies & it's so much fun.  Could even liven up things in the bedroom dept if you put on a private show...lol.  Maybe a little role playing...Hubby could be Mr. Christian & you can be Malia...lol.  Just a thought. Ok, off to feed my face!  TTFN

4 miles - yikes! I wish I could stay focused long enough to walk 4 miles - I get bored and move from the elliptical to treadmill tand finish with the bike to do most of my cardio, which I know I've told you I HATE HATE HATE! Ceili dancing (pronounced kay-lee) was awesome yesterday.  The instructor brought her "peeps" to help teach, one of whom was her Mom, Irish brogue and all! We had 30-40 people of all ages, including a half-dozen men, too. Today is BodyVIVE class and the dreaded cardio afterward.
