I'll mark this one down. I got "Cooking After Gastric Bypass Surgery" by Daniel Patrick Fluharty. I found him on OH, and he had a medical forward done by a doctor from his surgery center at Johns Hopkins. I haven't made anything from it yet though so I can't recommend any particular recipes. I'm more of a I like to think about cooking, than actually cooking chick. HA HA
