Protein Ball Recipe from Saturday

Okay  sorry for it being so long but here is the protein ball recipe that Jeannie used for Saturday - she just sent it to me...... Protein Balls 1 cup of Body Tech Whey Tech Pro 24 Chocolate 1 cup of Peanut Butter  (creamy) 3/4 cup of Rice Crispy 2 teaspoons of Pure Vanilla Extract 1/2 cup of  Splenda  (extra splenda for the rolling of the balls) 3 to 4 teaspoons Cocoa Powder I n a mixer (I use a Kitchen Aid mixer with the paddle) I mix the whey protein and peanut butter add splenda and vanilla extract until creamy. Add in the rice crispy and mix threw not to much. Then roll into small balls. After you have roll the balls roll them into the cocoa power and splenda mix.   I usually take two cups of splenda and some cocoa power about 3 or 4 teaspoons and mix it into a large zip lock bag.  Pour it into a bowl and roll the protein ball into that and refrigerate. I keep my protein ball in the refrigerate at all times.  I hope you enjoy them. Note:      if you like it really Chocolate add extra cocoa powder to the splenda when rolling the balls at the end. Oh, thank you for this... I see some protein balls in my near future! Some people will have chocolate Easter eggs this Sunday, I just might have these!

There were rice krispies in them???  WOW!  I didn't even notice.

I'm making them this weekend...defiantely!
