That is the sound of me tooting my own horn lol. Well I am about 5 months out today and I am down 95 pounds!! yay for me! Have to say this hasn't been an easy journey but most days I feel its worth it.I had wanted to lose 100 pounds by my six month mark so looks like that is very doable! Thank you all for your wisdom along this journey and everyone keep up the good work!!!

Yay Karen! Way to go. That is a heck of an accomplishment. I remember when I hit the 100 lb. mark my doctor told me to undertake and important exercise. Go to WalMart and go to the pet food aisle. Find one of the 50 lb. bags of dog food and hoist it up on your should and walk around for a couple of minutes. Now realize that you've basically managed to stop carrying two of those! Keep up the great attitude!

That is fantastic Karen!!!!!  Congrats!!!!  Have you got that something special planned for yourself when you hit that 100?  Definitely deserves a special new outfit, hairdo, massage, something.
