Worst foods in America
I know I am certainly guilty of eating some of these:

I can't think of how many times I have grabbed a Cinnabon on my way through the airport. Man, I doubt I take in 800 calories a day right now. Just amazing.
So guilty here of the Taco Bell Salad . Taco Bell was my passion. I can tell you just about every meal deal # .. said huh ??
The # 8 used to be my fav... Mexican Pizza and 2 soft tacos ...
It is still amazing to me the food I used to eat ..

Cinnabon used to be my treat when I used to drive to NY for meetings - always stopping at the Delaware rest stop to buy one - extra icing cream too!!! I remember how I loved them! But now the thought of eating one makes me feel ill and I am deathly afraid of what it would do to me if I ate it now!
How my eating habots have changed!

Isn't is scary how we would have these treats without knowing ANYTHING about the nutritional value? I know I would have a McDonald's combo for lunch and then have a Cinnabon for desert. Sometimes I would then get a milk shake or ice cream on the way home! It's amazing! Thank goodness for my surgery. It made me stop and think about what I was doing to myself. I make it a point to always visit the website of where I am going beforehand hoping that they have the nutritional info online. That way I can pick something healthy before leaving the house. If I would have figured this out in my pig-out days I would probably be a lot thinner! :)
Thanks for posting that link.
