THANK GOODNESS ITS FRIDAY!!!

Good am, TGIF! What a night we had! Downed phone lines, tree caught on fire, some family changes and 2 of the 3 contributed to high winds! Got some baby items together for some expectant parents who's lil' one came a month early and they are working off of next to nothing, got in a little nature time, chores done and spent some time with my sis (albeit briefly). Ordered my pictures from our photo shoot over last weekend and am excited about them coming in as well as talked with someone for about an hour getting to know one another and it was a really enlightening conversation. We are truly blessed with many and much in life! On a funny note my youngest bugga got happy with some chocolate syrup and decorated the kitchen!!!!! What's on the books for your Friday & weekend? Today is chores & errands then tonight going to see some friends for dinner & live music. Tomorrow is the meet & greet with Melinda & the gang, then a cookout at my sis's until ??? (love those wonderful late into the night family gigs). Then Sunday of course is Easter so the Easter Bunny will be hoping down the bunny trail for the buggas and I'll be celebrating the Lord. Sunday eveing into Monday am provided some personal situations don't escalate or change we're heading out of town! YIPPPPEEE!  What a WONDERFUL day this can be! We have choices so let's smile and give back expecting nothing but maybe a smile in return and a warmed heart. Let us remember that we can make a difference in the lives of others with our stories. In the face of adversity we can perservere and come out wiser & stronger than we ever imagine possible. I wanted to say THANK YOU for being a part of my life and I appreciate YOU! Morning  I just loved the chocolate syrup at least I got a laugh this morning. Hope all has a great day and a safe  Holiday weekend and enjoy the Easter meaning. My day id full w/ class and a test this morning home an chores and some shopping later, though Im coming down w/ something. But must go on. Well it sounds like a lot happening in your world right now - and mostly positive!  Did you manage to get the chocolate syrup cleaned off alright lololol! My son hasn't done that yet - he has drawn on a wall with crayons and once we left him alone in the bathroom for a couple of minutes and he came out covered in head to toe with Vick vapour rub - now thst stuff is hard to wash out even in a bath!! - his hair smelled like menthol for about a week! Well I had a great evening.  I went to go into the bowlign alley for my last night of work and ended up not having to work.  I guess since we had been out of town because of Matt's dad, there was some confusion at work about wether I was going to work last night & they had someone else come in so I got to go home.  Really enjoyed a nice relaxing evening.  Not sure what is on tap for the weekend, no real plans.  I believe my hubby and I have decided to spend Easter by oursleves, we are going to go to church somewhere and then into D.C. to check out the Cherry blossoms.  Hope you all have a great day, wonderful weekend & Happy Easter.

Happy Good Friday everyone!  The chocolate syrup sounds like an adventure for sure....this morning one of my kids (one I teach, not my personal kid) decided it would be fun to cut her hair with our scissors.....Never a dull moment in Kindergarten!! I am especially excited today b/c it is the beginning of SPRING BREAK! I'm headed to Lynchburg to celebrate Easter with my family, and then on to Charleston to stay with my sister for a while.  But the best part is that my sister is coming to Lynchburg as well - and she's bringing the baby! My 14-month old niece, Abigail, is the cutest best thing in the whole world.  It's been about a month since I've seen her and I miss her every day ;)  My car is all packed and as soon as 2:3****s, I am off!
