I'm sorry that things have progressed to this point with your Dad. I will tell you thought, that hospice workers are truly wonderful angels and they will do everything to make your Dad comfortable and provide support to you as well. It takes a very special person to be a hospice worker and I think you will feel better with them providing some care. Please continue to take very good care of yourself during this stressful time - it's too easy to ignore our own needs when stuff like this is happening!

Goal reached 14 months later: 130 lbs
Regain over next 3.5 years to a high of: 166 lbs
Current weight: 135.8 lbs and heading back to 130 lbs!!

Thank you Mary and you are right I need to take care of me or I will not be any good for him or anyone else. I meet with them on Monday so we will see how things go from there.
