VERY annoyed...Bad day :(
The noises can be the healing, but are also just a new part of your life. The noises don't go away. We get lots of interesting noises at odd times that have nothing to do with hunger. Eating the soft/pureed foods doesn't alway**** the nerves that need to be hit in order to get the full feeling, also because of the softness, they pass through a little quicker, the nerves are still healing & it may take awhile before you feel it. Some people don't get the same full feeling as they did before surgery. It can vary, some sneeze, hiccup or burp and know that they have reached their limit and shouldn't eat anymore. Just relax, as long as you are following your schedule, eating on time, measuring your meals, you will be fine, don't worry about failing. It may be some head hunger too because you aren't satisfied as you said but you can fight it. It is too early to tell if this is how the surgery is going to work for you or how you are going to react to things. Relax, follow your plan, and just listen & pay attention to your body. You will figure it out.
