Surgiversary

Hard to believe it's been A YEAR ago today that I had my surgery. I have lost 96 pounds and still losing a couple of pounds a month. I can't believe how good I feel. I can exercise now and wear clothes I only dreamed of wearing. I hope to make the "century club" in the next few months. While I am not one for posting often I do read the posts almost every day and all the support and encouragement for each other has been a source for both of these for me. Thanks to all in the Va group!
