What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning Fitness Fanatics...... Another new day is upon us, and another new day to make the commitment to be a healthier new you.  Part of being healthy is not only losing the weight, but also to work your body....get the blood flowing and the heart working. For many of us, part of our success is our commitment to exercise.  It not only helps with the weight loss, but it helps tone the body, staves off boredom, reduces stress, lets you sleep better, helps remove toxins from your system.  The body was designed to move...so let's move it! So, tell me....whata re YOU doing to move today???? Me?  Today will either be running 4 miles or the ellipticle for 50 minutes.  I'm suppose to go to a pole class tonight, but since I'm going to one tomorrow, too, I'm opting for the cardio/abs/stretching instead. So...until tomorrow....stay safe, stay hydrated, stay motivated!

Good am,  Not sure if it WILL rain here or not but in any event I'm surely hitting up either the treadmill or walking. Its chilly at this point but things will change.  How you feeling this am Jill? Better I hope. I think my allergies are finally getting somewhat under control!

Good morning Jill.  Hope you had a great Sunday.  Today is going to be a calm day.  I am taking Cameron to his fathers for the night so now I will be able to go through all sorts of his toys without him knowing that I am going to get rid of. How was your toy adventure?  We had to do the same thing...my sister would take the boys for an afternoon, and I would take her girls for another afternoon - hehe. Hope you had a GREAT day!

Oh we got rid of sooooooooo much junk.  I told him that in order to make room for the new, we had to get rid of the old.  He bought it, lol.  Now if I can just get rid of this funk mood I'm in, I will be doing great.  Have a great week hun. Hugs, Theresa

 Oh my I did not know that walking on the treadmill could really tired you out. Yes I got a treadmill and I walked on it for the first time and did 20.5 mintues, 93.2 calories buned and 0.62 miles about 1/2 mile or so and now I guess I will rest until I have to go to work. I was walking at the rate of 1.9 whatever that means I will understand all of this in due time.  If anyone has any ideas about what to do to stay on longer let me know I was getting out of breath. I guess I was going to fast. I will do somemore tomorrow and the rest of the week. I plan to continue this and see what happens. Have a nice day.

You got a new treadmill?  Right on!  Now you have no excuses - haha. You did great.  Keeo at it, and you will be strolling along at 3.4 or 4.0. The best thing you can do is to stay consistent.  Lower the speed down to 1.5 and make sure that the incline is at 0%.  It's not a race, ok.  Just take your time. Make sure that you stretch well before and after your walks, and just turn on your favorite tv show or music and just take off. Keep me posted as to how you are doing!  I'd love to follow your progress.

No caffine here....don't need it....don't want it - plus...it's on the no-no list! Feeling better.  Just finished almost 2 hours of working out - 50 minutes on the ellipticle, squats, stretching, warm up.....AND.....BOXING! Saw that you were an ANIMAL today during your lunch break....5 miles AND went back to work!  YOU RAWK!!!!
