Soup. Some of the Progresso soups are under 100 calories, filling and can have up to 11g of protein. Also, sorry to hop in...clearly not a lovely.

How's egg salad? Go light on the mayo for fat reasons....Soup? Refried Beans with Cheese? Lunch is one of those meals I tend to do leftovers for or just pick (not the best option!). What about salads? (Thanks for the sassy comment....I actually told my stylist that's the look I was hoping for..."I want something sassy and fun!")

Today I had ricotta cheese mixed with chopped spinach, turkey meatballs and marinara sauce, topped with moz cheese....YUM-O!  I have this quite a bit, and will sometime use turkey italian sausage instead of turkey meatballs. I also like shrimp salad and salmon salad.  I use FF mayo, chopped cucumber, chopped green onion and lemon pepper seasoning. Shrimp ****tail w/ homemade coctail sauce (no sugar ket. lemon juice, wichester sauce, hoseradish) sloppy turkey joe Egg salad Cheese, crackers and fruit Lunch meat roll ups I pretty much eat leftovers from dinner before.....
