Congratulations to all of you on your successes. It is so hard to look after ourselves, but with each others encouragement,we can do it!! TOday, my doc reminded me how important it is to look after myself. Iron was found to be low as well as Vitamin D. Now, I am increasing vitamin intake inorder to better myself.
