1st week post op

Well Pam we actually lost abut the same because Im taking my highest weight of 261 at my final pre op not what I lost from surgery day ( after liquid ) so it's all together. But everyone is different :) A loss is a loss and it's great for both of us! I wonder how Marion is doing????

Fabulous Brandi!!!!  Keep up the great work.  Just remember to take it slow as you progress with your foods, chew them well.  It is trial & error so don't be disappointed if something doesn't work for you right now.

That is phenomenal Brandi!!! Well done! Bet you were happy to see that! Just remember to chew chew chew and you should do fine. Try to only introduce one new food at a time because if it doesn't agree with your pouch - because they can be grouchy sometimes - you will know food it was. Then try the same food again in a few weeks  - as your pouch heals it becomes less grouchy - sometimes........ Well done - we are proud of you! Jackie

Great Job Brandi!  I am glad that they give us the choice to start meat a week after surgery even if it is pureed.  A little something more substantial than liquids more than likely fill ya up more and keep the hunger monster at bay.  Kudos to your 20 pounds gone forever...keep up the good work girl !   Susan :)

Its funny how we had surgery the same day 3/19 and you can have meat, I can' have meat till next Wed 4/2. I am down 14LBS from 3/19. That is great that you are making go progess. Let me know how the meat turn out, I can't wait till I can start!
