Good Morning....RISE AND SHINE!!!! Looks like another beautiful day - and I'm off today.....YEAH!!!!.  Need to take advantage of of the great weather today, because it's going to cool down over the weekend. So....what are YOU doing to move today??? Me?  Well, yesterday after getting home I took my dog for a 2 mile walk instead of doing my 4 mile run, so today I want to step it up a little bit. I am meeting a friend at Mt. Trashmore for a quick picnic and a hike/walk up the mountain.  That get me a little bit of cardio.  Plus, since the weather is so nice, I plan to run 4.5 miles, then of course...ab work and stretching. Enjoy your day.  Stay safe, stay hydrated....MOVE!

Good afternoon Jill.  Hope you are having a great Friday.  Today we did more cleaning and sorting.  Seems like Cameron will be making a killing on this yard sale as most of the stuff we are getting rid of his.  But this evening, hopefully if weather permits, we are off to the ball field and Cameron has practice.  He surely is coming a long way in his ball skills.  I plan on taking pics so maybe I should post some.  And hopefully, this weekend the weather will allow us to have at least 1 day at the park.  Kite flying and duck feeding seems to be n the plans.  Hope you have a great weekend hun. Hugs, Theresa

Hey there Gorgeous!!!!  What am I doing to move today?  Hmmm...well, I got dressed...IN MY SIZE 16 JEANS!!!...then went out with hubby to a business meeting.  Got bored with the meeting to went & had a light breakfast then walked down Main Street in Front Royal & peaked in a few shops.  That was fun & restrained myself from spending money even though I saw an adorable pair of shoes for only 5 bucks...hmmm...may have to to back for them.  Unfortunately by the time I got back to Mike, my energy level was all tapped out.  See I've been deathly ill with the flu all week so this was my first venture out.  But even as yucky as I'm now feeling, I don't regret having got out into the sunshine & I'm tickled that I got a bit of a walk in... probably about a mile, maybe mile & a half total.  Not bad for a sickie...lol!! As always, thanks for the inspiration.  BTW, have you gotten your photos yet?  I haven't heard a word about mine.

Hugs!
Ann
