Brandi, Please keep in mind we are on your side and want to see you succeed in your weight loss. I have to agree with the others on your choices for dinner, although it does sound yummy!  I would have chosen a fish broiled, crabcake appetizer or White Bean Chicken Chili. And ask for a box when they bring your food, portion out your food and put the rest in the box. http://www.rubytuesday.com/files/Nutrition.pdf Tomatoes are on stage 4 but I would not suggest these in early stage 4.

Good am Brandi, Glad that your journey hasn't had any hiccups thus far. What stage dietary wise are on you? Soft foods, more dense foods? How did you do since having this meal? I would like to encourage you to grab a menu with nutritional information included which are available in most food joints upon request. Take it home with you and really cruise it over and map out the best choices for you moving forward. That really helped me and still does today. I have a notebook of them and update them frequently to be sure I have the best information. Anytime a luncheon, dinner etc is suggested one of the first things I ask for is the menu and nutritional information. Then I actually map out what I will and will not eat and stick with it. Being "on the run" sometimes leads to hasty decisions that I will pay for later.  When I'm on the go and need to grab something quick I usually opt for Wendy's Chili, a salad (I know you are not there yet), fruit, fresh veggies and almost always have 1-2 extra protein drinks with me as well. All best!

Brandi I just wanted to say Im glad your getting along ok and if there is anything I or we can do to help please dont hesitate in coming here and asking for it . Seems as if you have already gotten some good suggestions already so Im not gonna add to them only that  there are times we have to do things on the run and we do not always make the best choices so thats why we learn and move on.  I like  Ruby Tues. Broc. & cheese soup good or bad & there salad bar . Hope all is going well for you and please keep us posted.

Wow, Brandi! I'm sure that tasted REALLY good!!!! I love their mashed cauliflower.  The white bean chicken chili is good, too, but it's  a little spicy and I can't eat much of it.! Be careful!
