I agree -- I thought it was cool to be able to put things together and see where they shake out nutritionally. Not sure all combinations would work for us, but interesting to see what they offer regarding sweeteners, proteins, etc. This whole process is a learning experience for most of us, I think...I sure know it is for me! :)

After playing with it for half the night - just like I knew i would have to - I got one down to 174 calories with little fat and 10 grams of protein - but there was so little in it I did not feel it would taste like mu*****redibly interesting concept though.... good find Cindy! Jackie

It is interesting...I found myself playing around with it too, to see what worked the best. I wish I could take credit for it, I actually came across it on one of the other forums...I just thought it was interesting that something like that is available -- my guess is we are going to see more and more of these types of items in the future! :)

no kidding they are pricey! What I came up with was $40 for 12 bars! OMG. But I like the idea. They are based in CA, so maybe the celebs will buy them? They are the only ones who can AFFORD them!

Cool.. and you can see the Nut Value.. there's a button on the right side.. but 230 calories for 14 g of protein.. hmmm...nah. but still fun to play around with.
