regarding protein drinks & shakes

Hi, Theresa I wish I would have known this before...I was in Mechanicsville, Highland Springs and Richmond this past week-end for a conference.  Send me an e-mail and I will send you some samples!  I too was a BIG coke drinker...I will buy a caffeine free/diet one now and it lasts me a week...or more... There a tons of things out there...the best thing to do is research for yourself.  Don't buy a lot of big things - because like others have said - your tastes will change! Good Luck!
