New exercise discovered by accident...
Yes, you read correctly...I discovered this exercise tonight completely by accident.
You know how we're all told to chew, chew, CHEW? Well, we had steak for dinner tonight, so I chewed, & I chewed, & I chewed some more. Chewed so much my face started getting tired. Then I tilted my head back & guess what? Chew with your head tilted works those neck & jaw muscles. I bet if I chew that way all the time (except when in public, of course), maybe my neck will tighten up & maybe I won't need a neck lift. What the heck...it's worth a try, right?

Ok Jill...I need you to chime in here on MY behalf. These gals think I'm kidding...lol. I KNOW it sounds funny, but really, it COULD work. I remember actually being told to do that by a trainer I had back in the stone age. So why not do it while eating & serve two purposes...eat your food AND exercise your neck. I don't know about ya'll, but I could do without the turkey waddle under my chin. gobble, gobble!
