Good Morning Folks..... Running late....sorry! I worked until 1100pm last night, so got NO exercise and am exhausted this morning.  But...I have dance class to look forward to tonight - YEAH!  I just hope that I don't fall asleep before then - haha. So...what are YOU doing to move today???

Good am Jill, Hope your day progresses well without a lot of hoopla. Take care of you gal! For me, its walking and getting out back with the kids. I've done something to my neck and back aka piggy back rides, running around and lifting crap I KNOW better than to so I'm taking it semi easy hoping to work out the kinks! Hope your day is great!

Well I got up esrly and went to the gym! It was so good to be back! I didn't do too much as I am not released to exercise yet but I did some weights on my arms and shoulders and a little light stretching and just 15 mins in the eliptical - It felt so good - hopefully I can build from that but I am so out of shape and have to start again toning up my musles....but I am coming back!! Got a good jog in yesterday, very satisfying. Hoping to get in a 2 or 3 miler this evening after work and before Church meetings at 7:30 if the weather holds up. So this dance class?   Heavy Metal??? Punk Aerobics? Passing people around the room over your heads?  Break-dancing or more Dancing with the Stars.

I went jogging with my dogs today - they are some fit little ol' puppies - gave me a real good work out! Everyone should have dogs ha ha! This evenin I am off out to go do some training with weights to keep this old body in shape - I may join you guys for one of those marathons - I can easily run 4-5 miles most days... will just have to make sure I up my carbs, protein an water and get me a training plan an so I stick with a routine - I sure have been pretty busy lately and can't get on these board as much as I wanna.... darn it life just gets in the way........
