Had a complication

Thanks, everyone, for the well-wishes! I went back to work yesterday and it nearly wiped me out! I have a desk job and my staff was kind enough to fetch stuff for me all day, but I still felt like I'd been through the ringer. Every day it gets a little better! My one-year checkup and followup appointment is next week, and I am sure all will be well! I gained a little weight while in the hospital because they loaded me up with fluids and gas despite being allowed only clear liquids, and I haven't been in the gym in a week, but it's coming back off pretty quickly. Sure was frustrating though to see the scale going in the wrong direction! LOL Ten more pounds to go!

Dawn, sorry to hear about your dilemma.   It sure does remind us that we are never really out of the woods and need to question any time we have some weird pains.  Sounds like you are will be back on the up and up in no time.  You have done wonderful and we do consider  you a "poster child".  Take it easy.  Huggs.
