What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics.....
I apologize for missing yesterday's thread. I've been so busy lately that I completely missed it. Thanks for the PM's asking if I was doing ok.
So, let's see....yesterday I did 45 minutes on the ellipticle, 4 minutes of lunges w/ 8 pound weights, 2 minutes of squats w/ 8 pound weights, 2 minutes of calve raises w/ 8 pound weights and minor stretching. Definately worked the lower body.....
Today, I have pole class and will continue after class by working the upper body with free weights. Bicep curls, bench presses, tricep kicks, etc.
How about you....what are YOU doing to move today????

Well I was in the gym at 6.30am as it is the only time I know for sure that I can get my exercise in. I am taking it easy because I am not authorised by the doctor yet but darn it - I need to exercise!!! This is indeed a new me lol! 2 years ago you would never have heard these words out of my mouth!!! My husband wonders where the real me has gone lolol!
So mostly I did some walk/running, and upper body weights and finished off with some abs - so far no pain lol!!

OMG what a JAM PACKED day! Anyhow, I have been wallowing in the mire of depression, sadness and utter dismay/distress over here and frankly I'm SICK of it! So, I'm trying to dig my way out and ADMITTING it is the best thing for me. Life SUX at this moment but seeeee there are positives in the yucky uckiest of times. I'm alive, I'm breathing, I'm moving around, I'm kicking myself in the butt and raring to go. I MIGHT have decided to kick some tale with the Biggest Loser DVD and dang I'm feeling it this pm! I swear it I'm going to focus my neggies on exercise ....nothing like a little workout to "burn" the negatives!
