I have a question. How long after my surgery can I go swimming? I don't have a day yet but I did the psy appt today and it went good so just have to call tomorrow and hopefully get my pre opp date. I find Kick boxing and jazzerise really fun. Once my Curves memebership runs out in end of August I am getting a Y Membership. I miss the classes. Gwen
