What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning...... Looks like temp wise, it will be a great day....but, you may need to dodge some thunderstorms headed this way. So, what are YOU doing to move today? Well....I'm up early so I can take an aerobics type class att eh stuio and then a full on toning class afterwards. So....stay safe......stay hydrated.....stay moving!

Its GORGEOUS out and hopefully the Sun Fairy will make an appearance for us. We are having Nora's birthday party today and hoping to let the kids enjoy their nature time. Got some minor chores to get done and maybe some things in the yard. I've done something to my lower back which is achy but I know moving around and getting out and about will help. Enjoy!




Bought groceries after work Friday and didn't get home in time to cut grass before dark,...so I ate dinner and missed running too. Saturday I started cutting grass when a storm hit, by by afternoon, things cleared off nicely. So I finished the yard, sprayed the lawn to kill weeds, then when on a run. Idon'y know what was happening but I just never lost my wind. It was wonderfully weird, I kept adding chunks of distance to my normal route that I can cut off at 4 or 6 miles. I finally stoppe because my legs were aching some and it was getting late (8:30) and I figured I better walk some afterwards to cool down and be able to sleep without aching/throbbing legs. I was so excited. I got in the house and immediately mapped my route on mapmyrun.com to find I went 7.5 miles in 1:21:00+ /- seconds. I dunno what clicked but boy it felt good..........and I needed a boost.
