What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Days is a *****illy, so we really need to get our bones going to get the blood pumping!
So, what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? I plan to do 40 minutes on the ellipticle and then some upper body work, abs and stretching.

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
Yesterdays day of rest turned into no driving range, but so weight training for 30 mins at work, then I did a demonstration of exercises (with variations of each to make them easier for starters) at our WLS Support Group meeting. I got winded!! And between the too, I'm a little tight this morning. Go figure! Darn cross-training thing,......
I am looking forward to a run today but hesitate to state a committment for every time I do, plans change. Let me just say I am trying to be successful at the ACIS 100 mile a month challenge from mapmyrun.com and training for theat half marathon in November that really has me psyched until I can get to that distance and not need a ride home. The press is on.
