What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics.......... Days is a *****illy, so we really need to get our bones going to get the blood pumping! So, what are YOU doing to move today??? Me?  I plan to do 40 minutes on the ellipticle and then some upper body work, abs and stretching. Until tomorrow......

Yesterdays day of rest turned into no driving range, but so weight training for 30 mins at work, then I did a demonstration of exercises (with variations of each to make them easier for starters) at our WLS Support Group meeting.  I got winded!!  And between the too, I'm a little tight this morning.  Go figure!  Darn cross-training thing,...... I am looking forward to a run today but hesitate to state a committment for every time I do, plans change.  Let me just say I am trying to be successful at the ACIS 100 mile a month challenge from mapmyrun.com and training for theat half marathon in November that really has me psyched until I can get to that distance and not need a ride home.  The press is on.
