We definately are all there for you!  I'm glad to hear you have all your dates in order and quickly approaching.  Surgery will be here before you know it.  I would just try and be as healthy as you can be getting ready for all the tests and try and get any projects you need done at home completed now so that after surgery you can work on healing without any distractions.  Also, I prepared by getting my supplements in order and getting some protein samples to try.  For me I waited until after surgery to use try protein, so I didn't have to struggle with changing tastes (at least of protein).  I would suggest if you do try something now, grab a second sampel to try again later to make sure you still like the stuff.  I also treated myself to a nice robe for the hosptal and stay at home.  :)
