Copngratulations Brandi!!!  I am actually down 34lbs from surgery and had mine the day before you so we are doing good:)  However, we are both 4 weeks out not 3.  Did you start going to the gm yet?  I am loving the gym right now.  I am only on day two of going but loving it. Marion

That is so great Brandi. Is this in addition to the weight you lost on the pre -op diet? Either way, that's fantastic. I can't wait to be in your shoes. Hope you are feeling okay. Penny

Hey, congratulations on your loss! Doesn't it feel great? One thing though -- you might want to count  from your CONSULT date, not final preop. For example, I lost 28lbs prior to surgery per dr's orders, and when I add up my losses, I count that too. It's weight I lost! So is the weight YOU lost... don't just count postop -- weight lost is weight lost! In fact, sometimes I'm prouder of the 28 I managed to struggle through preop than the 200 I've lost postop. It was much more work, so it seems! Good luck... it's only going to get crazier! Julie
