What Are YOU Doing To Move Today????

Yesterday was awesome and today is going to be way better....temps in the high 70's/low 80's - OMG!!!!!
So, with the weather going to be just awesome, what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? I'm going to run 4 miles today and then do some lower body work and stretching.

Depending on how Kayla is feeling we'll be heading for the park and hanging out there until ??? There are lots of trails and exploring and so that'll be us! Have a great day/weekend!




I did one hour in the gym at 6.30am this morning so I did quite a bit of weight training. Yesterday Dr K said I could exercise my legs next week but to be careful for swelling and to keep wearing compression garments - and tentatively made my inner thigh surgery date 23rd or 25th of June....
So I was done early lol!
