Question about headaches

Good am Missy, I've dealt with headaches and migraines since I was into my early teens. I've almost always taken medication for them if they've progressed enough. This allergy season has shown to be incredibly potent for many, many folks. I'd suggest you make an appointment with your doc to get a good once over and let him/her know what you're experiencing. Allergies are relentless if not treated on a consistent basis. In addition, if you're continuing to have these at the same times lasting for just about the same amount of times write down what seems to be triggering them. Stress? Outdoor activities? There such a wide array - you've got tree pollen which last from early Spring to the beginning of Summer then grass pollen lasting from late May or so to July then weed pollen from July to the 2nd or so frost of fall/winter. Then April to August is mold season. Ugh! Not fun at all. You might also consider doing a once over in your living areas. I suggest wiping down thoroughly any dusty areas, tables, tops of things and DEFINITELY any ceiling fans you might have as well as changing filters to your heating/ac unit. Try and make this a part of your weekly do's. With me and my 2 girls having asthma and allergies and myself having headaches/migraines its gotten better with simple changes. All best!

Missy do you wear glasses?  I was having the same issue, then found out the for every 50 lb weight change it can affect your vision.  After having my eyes checked and prescription changed it made such a difference.  Also get them bad from allergies so I have to start my allergy medicine early to help keep it at bay.
